What Is SBP
SBP — the Fast Payments System of the Bank of Russia. Allows accepting transfers via QR code or link with instant crediting. Available through mobile apps of over 200 banks.
Benefits for organizers:
- Instant crediting to your bank account
- Typically, the bank fee is lower than card acquiring
- Attendees pay without entering card details — only through the bank app
- Great for offline payment points
Ways to Connect SBP in tikento
Through YooKassa
If YooKassa is already connected, SBP is activated automatically as an additional payment method. In the registration form, the attendee will see a "Pay via SBP" button.
Steps:
- Make sure YooKassa is connected — see Setting Up YooKassa.
- In the YooKassa gateway settings on the tikento side, enable the "SBP" toggle.
- Done — the method will appear in the payment form.
Through Tochka Bank
Similar to YooKassa. Connect Tochka in Settings → Payments → Tochka, then enable SBP in the methods list.
What SBP Payment Looks Like
Online (in the Registration Form)
- The attendee selects a ticket and clicks "Pay".
- On the payment page, a QR code and "Open in bank app" buttons are displayed.
- The attendee scans the QR or taps the button, confirms the payment in the bank app.
- tikento receives a webhook notification and registers the attendee instantly.
Offline (at the Entrance or Box Office)
For offline scenarios, you can generate a static QR code for a specific ticket type:
- Open the event → Tickets.
- Click "..." next to the desired ticket type → "Payment QR".
- Print or display the QR on screen.
- The attendee scans, pays, and the status updates in the attendee list automatically.
SBP Refunds
Refunds are initiated from tikento (Attendees → Actions → Refund). Funds are returned to the account from which the payment was made. Crediting time is up to 5 business days depending on the sending bank.
