How Payments Work in tikento
tikento uses a pass-through model: payment gateways (acquiring) are connected directly to your bank account. Money from attendees goes to you; tikento charges only an agency commission on top at the time of the transaction.
All payment operations are implemented via a webhook model with a mandatory Idempotency-Key — this eliminates double charges during network retries.
Available Payment Methods
YooKassa (Yandex Kassa)
The primary gateway for most organizers. Supports:
- Bank cards (Visa, Mastercard, MIR)
- Apple Pay and Google Pay
- SBP through the YooKassa interface
- E-wallets (YooMoney)
Available starting from the Free plan. Requires registration with YooKassa and store setup.

SBP (Fast Payments System)
Payment via QR code or link with instant crediting. Bank fees are typically lower than card acquiring. Suitable for offline events where attendees pay on-site with their smartphone.
More details — SBP Payments.
Tochka Bank
A specialized gateway for businesses. Suitable for companies banking with Tochka. Connected similarly to YooKassa via API keys from the bank's dashboard.
Telegram Stars
Telegram's native currency for Mini Apps. Attendees pay with Stars directly in Telegram without switching to an external browser. Ideal for events with a Telegram audience. Available only in the Telegram Mini App channel.
Manual Payment
The organizer manually records the payment in the system: cash on-site, bank transfer, payment by bank details. tikento records the entry but does not process the money. No commission.
More details — Manual Payment Confirmation.
Donations
A special ticket type without a fixed price. The attendee enters their own amount. Supported through YooKassa and manual payment. Suitable for charitable events.
Business Invoice (B2B Invoice)
Issuing an invoice to an organization — payment by bank transfer using bank details. Available on Pro plans and above. The invoice is generated automatically and sent to the buyer's email.
Apple Pay / Google Pay
Quick payment via the device's payment token. Works through YooKassa and Tochka as an additional method — no separate setup is needed.
