How to select participants
Bulk actions are available in the event's participant list ("Participants" tab).
Selecting individually
Click the checkbox to the left of each desired participant's row. A bulk actions panel will appear below the table showing the number selected.
Select all
Click the checkbox in the table header — all participants on the current page will be selected. If filters are applied, the "Select all matching filter" button lets you select all matching participants, not just those on the current page.
Deselect
Click "Deselect" on the bulk actions panel or click the header checkbox again.
Available bulk actions
Approve selected
Available for registrations with "Pending moderation" status. All selected registrations will be approved and participants will receive notifications. For paid events, registrations transition to pending_payment status; for free events — to registered.
Reject selected
Available for registrations with "Pending moderation" status. A dialog with a rejection reason field will open (shared for all selected). Participants will receive a notification with the reason, if provided. Confirmation required.
Mark as paid
Available for registrations with "Pending payment" status. Use this for bulk confirmation of payments received outside the payment gateway (cash, corporate transfers). Confirmation required.
Send notification
Send an email notification to all selected participants. A form with "Subject" and "Body" fields will open. Suitable for:
- Event reminders
- Change notifications (venue or time changes)
- Sending additional information
Add tag
Assign a tag to all selected participants. Select an existing tag from the list or create a new one. Learn more — Tags and Team Notes.
Export selected
Export data for only the selected participants to CSV or XLSX. Convenient for exporting a specific segment: for example, all VIP participants or all pending payment. Learn more — Participant Export.
Cancel registration
Bulk cancellation of selected participants' registrations. The status will change to cancelled, and participants will receive a notification. Confirmation required.
Destructive action confirmation
For actions that cannot be easily undone, the system shows a confirmation dialog with:
- The number of affected participants
- A description of what will happen
- "Confirm" and "Cancel" buttons
Destructive actions include: rejection, registration cancellation, and payment status changes.
Working with filters
Bulk actions are especially effective when combined with filters. Common scenarios:
- Approve all pending moderation — filter by "Pending moderation" status -> "Select all" -> "Approve".
- Tag a specific ticket type — filter by ticket type "VIP Pass" -> "Select all" -> "Add tag" -> "VIP".
- Export paid participants — filter by "Registered" status -> "Select all" -> "Export".
- Notify those pending payment — filter by "Pending payment" status -> "Select all" -> "Send notification".
