Upgrading
Upgrading to a higher plan happens instantly. New features and limits are available immediately after payment.
How to upgrade
- Go to Settings -> Plan and billing.
- Click "Change plan".
- Select the new plan.
- Choose the billing period (monthly or annual).
- Confirm payment.
Payment proration
When upgrading in the middle of a billing period, payment is calculated proportionally:
- The unused balance of the current plan is deducted from the cost of the new one
- Only the difference is charged
Example: You are on Pro (2,900 RUB/mo), paid on June 1. You upgrade to Business (14,900 RUB/mo) on June 16.
| Step | Calculation |
|---|---|
| Remaining Pro balance for June (15 of 30 days) | 2,900 x 15/30 = 1,450 RUB |
| Business cost for remaining June | 14,900 x 15/30 = 7,450 RUB |
| Amount due | 7,450 - 1,450 = 6,000 RUB |
| Next full charge (July 1) | 14,900 RUB |
What changes on upgrade
- Limits (events, participants, fields, emails, team) increase instantly
- Archived objects (
archived_due_to_downgrade) are automatically restored - New plan features unlock (BYOD, custom domain, badges, SMS, etc.)
- Agent commission decreases for all future transactions
- Watermark is removed (when upgrading from Free)

How to downgrade
- Go to Settings -> Plan and billing.
- Click "Change plan".
- Select the new plan.

Switching from Free to a paid plan
When first switching from Free:
- Select a plan in Settings -> Plan and billing.
- Enter card details or choose another payment method.
- Choose the period: monthly or annual billing (20% discount).
- Confirm the subscription.
If you were previously on a trial and already linked a card, it is used automatically.
When it makes sense to upgrade
The main criterion is monthly paid ticket turnover. At a certain turnover, the savings on agent commission cover the subscription cost.
Free -> Pro
| Free | Pro | |
|---|---|---|
| Subscription | 0 RUB | 2,900 RUB/mo |
| Commission | 4% + 20 RUB | 2% + 20 RUB |
Savings per 1,000 RUB turnover: 40 + 20 - (20 + 20) = 20 RUB.
At a turnover of 145,000 RUB/mo, the commission savings equal 2,900 RUB -- exactly the Pro subscription cost. Above this turnover, Pro is more cost-effective than Free.
Pro -> Business
| Pro | Business | |
|---|---|---|
| Subscription | 2,900 RUB/mo | 14,900 RUB/mo |
| Commission | 2% + 20 RUB | 0.5% + 20 RUB |
Subscription difference: 12,000 RUB/mo. Commission savings: 1.5% on each transaction.
At a turnover of 800,000 RUB/mo, the commission savings cover the subscription difference.
Business -> Enterprise
| Business | Enterprise | |
|---|---|---|
| Subscription | 14,900 RUB/mo | from 60,000 RUB/mo |
| Commission | 0.5% + 20 RUB | 0% |
At a turnover of ~9,000,000 RUB/mo, the commission savings cover the difference. Enterprise also includes own acquiring by default, white-label, 99.99% SLA, and dedicated support.
Switching billing periods
Switching between monthly and annual billing (and back) is described in Annual billing and 20% discount.
Restrictions for self-employed
If your entity type is "Self-employed", only Free and Pro plans are available. To switch to Business or Enterprise, you must first register as a sole proprietor and update your details in the organization settings.
