What is tikento
tikento is a full-cycle platform for event organizers. It covers everything from creating an event page and registration form to accepting payments, sending notifications, and providing analytics.
The platform was built on three core principles:
- Offline-first — organizers can work without an internet connection: check attendee lists, mark payments, register guests at the door. When connectivity returns, data syncs automatically.
- Telegram-native — full functionality is available through the Telegram Mini App inside @tikento_bot, with no need to switch to a browser.
- No vendor lock-in — manual export of all data to CSV/XLSX/JSON is free on every plan.
Delivery channels
PWA (app.tikento.com)
The web application works in all modern browsers. You can "install" it on the home screen of Android, iOS, macOS, or Windows — it opens without the address bar, just like a regular app. Offline support is provided through IndexedDB and Service Worker.
Telegram Mini App
Open @tikento_bot in Telegram and tap the "Open App" button. You get the same organizer dashboard right inside the messenger. Attendees can register via a deep link in the format t.me/tikento_bot/app?startapp=... without installing any additional apps.
Website widget
The registration form can be embedded on any website with a single line of code — it appears directly on your page or in a popup. Compatible with Tilda, Webflow, Wix, Framer, and plain HTML.
Who is tikento for
tikento is designed for organizers and administrators — employees of companies, clubs, educational institutions, and agencies. It supports 23+ event types: conferences, webinars, workshops, festivals, corporate events, children's parties, weddings, and more.
Event attendees interact with the platform through the registration form and receive confirmations, reminders, and QR tickets via email and Telegram.
