Why demo mode exists
Demo mode lets you explore tikento's capabilities without signing up. In 30 seconds, the system creates a temporary dashboard with a ready-made test event, registration form, and several demo attendees — just like a real setup.
This is handy if you want to:
- See what the organizer dashboard looks like
- Try out the form builder
- Explore the analytics dashboard
- Show colleagues how the platform works
How to launch the demo
- Go to tikento.com — the platform's landing page.
- Click the "Try free in 30 seconds" button.
- Complete a quick verification (Cloudflare Turnstile — one click).
- In a few seconds, a fully functional organizer dashboard will open.
No sign-up or credit card information is required.
What's included in the demo
A demo session creates:
- A test event — with filled-in details, a date, and a description
- A registration form — with several field types as examples
- Demo attendees — a few test submissions so you can see how the attendee list works
- A dashboard — with KPIs, a revenue chart, and an activity feed
All features are fully interactive: you can edit the form, add fields, and change event details.
Demo duration
A demo session lasts 48 hours. After that, the temporary account and all data are deleted. The session is tied to your browser — if you clear cookies or switch devices, access to the demo will be lost.
How to save data to your account
While the demo session is active, click the "Save to my account" button at the top of the screen. Choose a sign-up method:
- Email and password
- Yandex
- VK
- Telegram
After signing in or creating an account, tikento automatically transfers all demo data (event, form, attendees) to your real profile. This process is called demo claim.
What happens if there's a technical error during the claim
If the data transfer fails for technical reasons, the account is still created. You'll land on an empty dashboard with onboarding. The response will include the error — contact support, and we'll help recover your demo data.
Demo limitations
- Real payment processing is unavailable in the demo — no payment gateway is connected
- Email notifications are disabled
- You cannot embed the demo event widget on an external website
