What are ticket options
Options are additional services or goods that a participant can add to their ticket during registration. Each option has its own price and an optional quantity limit.
Options are tied to a specific ticket type. Different ticket types can have different sets of options.

Creating an option
- Open the event -> "Tickets" tab.
- Find the desired ticket type and click "Options" (or the settings icon).
- Click "Add option".
- Fill in the fields:
- Name — displayed to the participant in the registration form
- Description — a brief explanation (optional)
- Price — the option cost (0 for free options)
- Per-ticket limit — how many times a single participant can select this option (optional)
- Total limit — the maximum quantity across all participants (optional)
- Click "Save changes".
Limits
Per-ticket limit
Determines how many units of a single option one participant can select. For example, for a "Parking spot" option, it makes sense to set a limit of 1.
Total limit
Determines the total quantity across all participants. When the limit is reached, the option stops appearing in the form or is marked as unavailable.
Useful for resources with limited availability: transfer seats, merch sets of a specific size.
How participants see options
In the registration form, after selecting a ticket type, the participant sees a list of available options with:
- Name and description
- Price
- Checkbox or quantity selector
Selected options are displayed in the order summary before payment. The total amount includes the ticket price plus all selected options.
Options in reports
In the participant list and data exports, selected options are displayed for each participant. This allows you to:
- Prepare the exact number of meals, merch kits, and transfer seats
- Calculate revenue from options separately from tickets
- Segment participants by selected options
Editing and deleting
Options can be edited and deleted as long as no sales have occurred. After the first ticket with that option is sold:
- Price can be changed — the new price applies to future purchases
- Deleting the option is not possible, but you can set the total limit to 0 to make it unavailable for new buyers
All option changes follow the deferred save mechanism — edits are applied only after clicking "Save changes".
