Overview
The revenue charts section is located in Analytics -> Revenue. It allows you to analyze financial metrics of your events in detail: total income, breakdown by payment methods, ticket types, and time periods.
Time periods
Available periods for analysis:
| Period | Granularity | Availability |
|---|---|---|
| 7 days | Daily | Pro+ |
| 30 days | Daily | Pro+ |
| 90 days | Weekly | Pro+ |
| Custom | Daily or weekly | Pro+ |
To select a period, use the toggle at the top of the chart or specify custom dates in the range field.
Chart types
Line chart (default)
Shows revenue dynamics over time. The main line is total income. When comparison with the previous period is enabled, a dashed line for the previous period is displayed.
Bar chart
Convenient for comparing revenue by days or weeks. Each bar can be broken down by payment methods (stacked bar) to understand the income structure.
Pie chart
Shows the share of each payment method or ticket type in total revenue for the selected period.
Data breakdowns
By payment method
Revenue broken down by payment methods:
- Bank card
- FPS (Fast Payment System)
- Telegram Stars
- Manual payment
- Other
Helps assess which method your participants prefer and optimize the set of offered payment options.
By ticket type
Revenue broken down by ticket templates (TicketDefinition). Shows which access types generate the most income.
By event
When you have multiple active events -- compare revenue between them on a single chart.
Comparison with previous period
Enable the Comparison toggle above the chart. The previous period is calculated automatically:
- For "7 days" -- the previous 7 days
- For "30 days" -- the previous 30 days
- For custom ranges -- an equal interval before the start of the selected period
A dashed line for the previous period and the percentage change will appear on the chart.
Refunds on charts
Refunds are included in total revenue as negative values. By default, refunds are included in the calculation. You can:
- Show refunds separately -- the "Show refunds" toggle adds a separate line/bar with the refund total.
- Exclude refunds -- the "Exclude refunds" toggle shows only gross revenue.
Chart data export
Each chart supports export:
- Click the download icon in the top right corner of the chart.
- Select the format:
- CSV -- tabular data (date, amount, payment method).
- PNG -- chart image for reports and presentations.
For a complete financial data export, use Data export.
Commissions
The charts display the organizer's net revenue -- the amount after deducting the tikento commission. The commission depends on the plan:
| Plan | tikento commission |
|---|---|
| Free | 4% + 20 RUB |
| Pro | 2% + 20 RUB |
| Business | 0.5% + 20 RUB |
| Enterprise | 0% |
The acquiring bank's commission (pass-through) is shown as a separate line in the payment details but does not affect the charts.
